Dear Friend,
This year has been one of resilience, unity, and advocacy as we navigated a period marked by some of the most difficult events in our collective memory. In the face of the ongoing genocide in Gaza and attacks on Lebanon that weigh heavily on our hearts and spirits, we have remained resolute in our mission to empower Arab Americans.
Our 2024 Impact Report showcases a year of historic wins, made possible by each of you. While we continued rallying against the genocide in Gaza, this year’s milestones included the installation of the Little Arabia signs after years of advocacy. Our team also organized the first ever MENA Advocacy Day at the state capitol to advocate for a MENA category. Prior to the elections, we mobilized more than 200,000 voters through door-to-door canvassing and other outreach methods to ensure our community’s voices are represented in the polls.
These achievements remind us that, even in the darkest of times, our collective action can bring about tangible, meaningful change. This year, the resilience and dedication of our community members, staff, and supporters have been a source of strength and inspiration.
Thank you for standing with us, for believing in our mission, and for empowering the Arab American Civic Council to be a voice of advocacy, justice, and unity. Together, we will continue to uplift our community, amplify our voices, and work tirelessly toward a world where equity and respect are afforded to all.
In Solidarity,
Rashad Al-Dabbagh
