Tell Congress to Call for a Ceasefire and Stop Funding Israel’s Massacre of Palestinians
We, at the Arab American Civic Council (AACC), urgently call on all Americans to demand immediate action from our Congressional Representatives to hold Israel accountable for its ongoing assault on Palestine. It is imperative that we plead with our elected representatives to treat threats to Palestinian lives with the same concern and urgency as threats to Israelis. Our shared vision is one of a future where everyone can live in peace, with justice, equal rights, and dignity.
In light of the genocide taking place in Gaza, we urge you to take action by contacting your Representative and demanding the following:
1. IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE
Call for an immediate ceasefire in the House and Senate.
2. NOT WITH OUR TAX MONEY
Oppose any new multi-billion-dollar, U.S. taxpayer-funded military aid package to Israel, as it would only be used to commit further war crimes targeting Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
3. HUMANIZE PALESTINIANS
Acknowledge the loss of lives and recognize the humanity on both sides, including Israelis and Palestinians
4. 80 YEARS OF OCCUPATION
Address the root causes of violence and ending Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories and its apartheid policies.
